The targeted areas are identified through an analysis of building code violations, vacant buildings, disorder and drug calls, drug arrests, as well as incidence of graffiti, junk autos, litter and weeds. To date, the neighborhoods of Avondale, Bond Hill, Carthage, College Hill, Corryville, Clifton Heights/University Heights/Fairview (CUF), East Price Hill, Evanston, Madisonville, Mt. Washington, Northside, two districts of Over- the- Rhine, Pendleton, Roselawn, Walnut Hills, and Westwood have been NEP participants.
